Outstanding and exceptionally nice breakfast and other services were exceptional. I really enjoyed the lovely room. The staff was absolutely amazing and fabulous and the owner too.

Plenty of fresh food for meals. The lovely room with its lovely beds. Stunning location in the lovely area, near to beachfront, high street and restaurants, the hill to the town, and seashore and shops /eateries.

Liked the location down the hill to the town. The breakfast was marvellous with a wonderful view, and the food was great. Had an enjoyable stay for wedding, would like to stay longer.

The rooms were beautiful and ideal, they come with amazing views over the Solent, terrace overlooking the Solent, for instance.

The room is well furnished and updated and has a spacious bathroom. Exceptional service, the breakfast is marvellous. We would like to stay longer, the venue met the purpose.

The place was clean, I booked the double room with sea views, everything was modern. It met requests, had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for wedding.

The room I got was tastefully decorated and contemporary with a good view of the Solent as well as a balcony. I had a wonderful breakfast with local smoked fish and a lovely view in the dining room. The service was excellent during all my thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We liked this quaint hotel; its super breakfasts, new-fashioned rooms. We got a room with a bathtub.

That was lovely old fashioned hotel set in wonderful area. The breakfast was marvellous and the room was airy with a very comfy bed. The location was incredible and absolutely perfect, staff were excellent. I enjoyed a good restaurant with a local menu. Free Wi-Fi was great and the service was excellent. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable stay, the venue met expectation.
